Water Regulates Your Temperature
If you're inactive, the rule of thumb on a daily basis is half an ounce of water for every one pound of bodyweight that you weih consumed. As your body adapts and finds a new balance o homeostasis, it always hoards and collects things. What it will always hoard and collect is the thing that is most colorically dense, which is fat. It is also insulatory. So now your body will start to hoard fat underneath your skin to act as insulation to regulate your temperature. And i think there are actually times where water is better.
