I started using a glucose monitor in 2017 before you could get them everywhere online. I find it very good for both myself and my clients to get a better gauge when they should take certain foods or carbohydrates at certain times. And if it is good, but the gut tell the ingredients and all that as well. So that's why I'm utilizing it now.
