The Relationship Between Group Flow and Emotional Contagion
Group efficacy is sort of a buzzword in psychology. It means having the capability to do what you want, or if I try to do something, will I be able to? And it seems like if you kick up the level of analysis from the individual to the team, you're going to have at least in some situations greater group efficacy. There's this concept called emotional contagion where we can pick up on the emotions of people around us and they're literally contagious.
