When i first started out with body building, my dad and mamma, they were both pretty hard, clean eaters. So like typical body building type diets, like five or six meals a day, protein shakes in between meals, that kind of thing. But when i did my first body building show in two thousand nine, at the time, you try to gain as much weight as you possibly can.
