There was a study published, and I just posted about this on Facebook or Instagram is the during resistance training or following ketogenic diet reduced the bone adaptation changes associated with resistance training. But then again, resistance training may be mitigating the effects of ketosis. So at least we can say, and if to then, yeah, ain't info, ketogenic diet, I don't think you're at risk for osteoporosis. Yeah. Well, I'm a 10 year study. And I got a DEXA scan on Monday, but my bone density was like kind of like off the charts. And I've been doing it for more than 10 years.
