The Light Days Are Just as Important as the Heavy Weeks

When you're over the age of 30, we'll just say, you can only have so many heavy weeks in a row. But even then for the 20 year old, if you're trying to optimize training as much as possible, most people, it's sort of that like mind blowing concept when they actually hear that you get the most gains when your body is recovering. So those lighter weeks are just as important for the adaptation to get stronger and to get better than the heavy weeks.
