The Relationship Between Hypertrophy and Strength
strength is a bit of an umbrella term you know and we must understand that. We're still trying to understand the relationship between hypertrophy and strength especially in the context of strength sports but I don't think strength and volume are have the same relationship as strength as volume and hypertrophy. For strength I think a bit more maybe better but I wouldn't be confident in saying hey you doing five plus five extra sets versus two extra sets is going to get you double the amount of gains. This is viewing training in a sort of short-term period if we're going to zoom out and look at your training overall throughout the year.
