Isolating a Muscle in Isolation?

I've always wonderedwat when people do like an isolation for one muscle. How do you hit all o these muscles equally? Because there's so many muscles crossing the ankle, it's like, how are we possibly isolating each of them? You know, say there's 26 or what cross in the ankle. I never train the pelvic floor in isolation. It's the pelvic floor with the t v a, with the diaphragm, with the obliques. The intrinsic muscles do not hypertrophe in that same way. Its thethey're not show muscles, ra and they are their very co contraction based muscles.
