The Negative Effects of Too Much Sleep
I've read in several places that a handful of extreme high performers simply don't need very much sleep. I would say most of these people who are bragging about four hours of sleep and functioning great as the CEO of whatever company, either they're lying or they're actually doing more damage to their body. Even if you don't feel the negative effects necessarily because you're pounding red balls doesn't mean there's not real damage being done.
