I am fairly convinced from a mechanistic point of view, there is lots of good stuff on the blog, Hyperlippid. Peter Dobramilsky has been on the podcast. There are all sorts of other studies about 4-HNE and the other toxic breakdown products that seem to exist especially in the presence of glucose. I like you say lots of nice studies but it would be great to see a very clear intervention study that does what you just said and bring it on. You must find skepticism from people suffering with mental health conditions around the plausibility that changing their diet will help them. It is something that I find with even people who have come to me as coaching clients.
