The Advantages of Lockdown Submissions
The triangle was my number one submission by more than double of my second one, which is an arm truck. I always love moves like the lockdown where it feels like, Oh, this one speaks to me. That's the submission I hit the most by a long shot. And so I like the lockdown, but I definitely noticed with some of our athletes that are, you know, long, lanky, you got these long legs that they don't gravitate towards the lockdown as freely.
