Breathe normally in through your nose and out through your mouth. As you breathe in, start to feel what that anxiety feels like. On the exhales, visualize it going down through those roots, being absorbed into the earth. Just anything just just relaxed, just basic ground zero. That is how you feel. Find it physically.
