The Second Argument Is That Salvation Is Not a Sacrament
The church has chosen to use the term sacrament to define those things. When we receive salvation, that is essentially a bringing of ourselves into the objective event of salvation. That is essentially christ's own life, death and resurrection, his accomplishment of salvation. So i don't think there's a problem in what we're saying unless we're going to conceive of salvation as a temporately one-time thing.
