You don't wanna add damage on top of damage,. But maybe everything kind of works to a degree. Maybe some people are better physiologically or just mentally suited to like low volume, like DC type training. And then of course, fucking drugs, you know, not to bring that up, but that kind of levels the playing field at a lot of these things. Yeah.
