If someone's not thinking about like poor sleep being an indication that they're maybe over training a little bit, they may just blame it on something else and hit the coffee or something like that a little harder in the morning. I do find like just being aware that those are factors is often enough to get people very far along that way. But then once they kind of know that these are things to just kind of like, even loosely monitored, they start to kind of in their head where they're going to notice big changes if it happens throughout the program.
