With interest rates coming up, I've looked at it as a potential longevity hedge where you buy a deferred annuity that doesn't kick in until you're age 80 or something. And then you've got, you know, that will last the rest of your life. So they are, they are interesting. You can almost build your own annuity and never thought of it this way.
