I think we're doing things that haven't been done before. And I'm sure there's no doubt that is reflected in the culture of the company. My view is I want to work with fewer better people than more average people. We have executive committee, which is kind of our own thing and you have to pre read it, left comments, and then you debate it out. You have sort of rent teams and people pushing your. But what's amazing is generally people end up either not fully aligning, but understanding if you believe these certain assumptions, we would all logically get to the same conclusion.
