Whenever I change my habits, I do this immediately, which is to write down what I want. It is defining in theory your ideal life on paper the night before. The next morning you wake up, you feel well rested, you have a plan for your morning,. You go tackle some awesome activity, you begin your workday and man, you feel fantastic because you just dominated your day before breakfast. That lifestyle can be possible for you. For me to make that happen, I have to define what this is on paper. That's the intentional part in action."
