What Are Your Best Techniques for Counter-Offering?
One of my other favorites is having a specific numberand for that, i mean, really it comes more into play for a counter offer part. For example, let's say your fee is 25 thousand. They say, hay, we can't do 25 thousand. So you come back, it's a look. I talked about it with my my leader, et cetera. We were able to come down to 24 thousand, 800, forty five,. That's just a smaller number, but it's specific. It's not some flat number. And it gives the implicationof how many more calculations went into giving you that number.
