What Are Some of the Most Important Metrics for Tracking Success?

I think there's a lot of good stuff there you mentioned getting feedback from customers and from users but also getting feedback internally. Something else that you mentioned was tracking things on a quantitative basis and so cool to get feedback and some open feedback and have discussions but nice to have some hard data and some metrics here as well. I'd love for you to reflect on what are some of the most important metrics for tracking success and maybe how those might differ depending on the stage of a company or what you're building.
