How to Start Your Day With Positive Action
You will have one-to-one check-ins with your coach every other week. You are choosing to do the things that work for you. By starting your day with a positive action in the direction of your goals, your subsequent behaviors are also more likely to be positive. The morning and evening routine takes about 10 minutes but it impacts the choices that you make for the full day afterwards.
