Dworkin criticizes the legal system revision in post-World War II Germany. He says people were found guilty under laws that had been trued during the Nazi regime on a moral argument. The justices said, well, those laws were immoral, and therefore they don't apply,. And Hart criticizes that, saying that you can't deny that they were laws.
