The Role of Magnesium in Anxiety
Magnesium is a co factor for a lot of the different enzymes or receptors that people could have genetic variants to. One example is oxytocin receptor below oxytocin binding can increase anxiety. Serotonin is also implicated in anxiety, as are zinc and B six. So if you're more deficient in magnesium then you want to be even more careful about that.
