Do we need eight hours of sleep every night? Sometimes, like most people do. Some people can get by with less. But generally, we're sleep deprived and we should be sleeping more. And i also think it's really helpful to know that just because you wake up in the middle of the night doesn't completely destroy the sleep that you have gotten or will get after you go back to sleep. So i think ou just sort of let it go, and, like you said, maybe do some whip cream or read a little bit of a book,. You can still get valuable sleep for the rest of the night. Totally.
