There's two places, in my opinion, where you can end up losing value. One is actually the people in the knowledge and the nohow that they bring. The other is if it's a company that's actually on a pretty good trajectory business wise. You bring them in in the hope that you're actually going to elerate that, but you muck it up,. In doing so, you actually end up lose value.
