Dosage Is More Valuable Than Strength Training Dosing
The best advice that I can give to you is whatever you're doing right now has some amount of volume of like work sets. There's this kind of dose dependent relationship between training volume and whatever adaptations that you're seeking are, whether that be strength or hypertrophy. With intensity, we've done a number of podcasts discussing the progressive intensity loading one, our pro-strength podcast. The idea for strength training is that your most work should occur between 70 and 80%. But I wouldn't make large changes in what I'm getting at.
