The Importance of Accepting Failures
When we sweep those failures under the rug we miss an opportunity to heal from them effectively. The best way to teach this to our trainees is to role model it for them on the ground in the middle of your shift. We have to move our culture to the level where people are confident enough to do that effectively and then to teach our new generation of trainees how to continue that path.
