The Point of Diminishing Return of Stretching

The point of diminishing return hasn't been actively looked at as much because researchers are always looking for the most efficient means to use stretching. There was one in 2015 that found that the four hundred and fifty second time mark was needed to see induced change in the bicep femoris. 10 minutes seemed to be a point of diminishing returns with like stretch induced kind of change in the tissue.
