The Importance of Balance in Abdominal Breathing

If zone three breathing becomes the dominant way of getting air in we see this in asmatics. Using an intervention like a gorgeous ball can be really helpful in the abdomen or even in the thorax to try to tamp down on the high stress breath and get me more into a zone one zone two balance which is ideal for your day-to-day shenanigans. The pry people have some of the stiffest rectus abdominis that i've seen they can't maybe hinge forward or anything like that because they've tense their abs so much to try and force the air to go into zone two.
