Kale Is the Top Source of Lutein and Zia Xanthin

Kale is one of the top if not the top sources of lutein and zia xanthin which are carotenoids that are directly protective of iHealth they help prevent age-related macular degeneration. Kale is the top source I think you get like 25 milligrams in a cup of cooked kale, which is like higher than any other dark leafy green. Low flavonoid fruits and vegetables didn't have the same effect Nor did the control diet.
