Should I Bulk or Should I Keep Bulking?
I don't necessarily know that we differ all that much when it comes to, for practical application. My perspective is just that you should ideally frame that discussion in terms of client preferences and also things that are well known and well established. So the client preference is obviously probably the most important one if you're talking with an athlete who say like a sprinter and they're like, should I get up to 25% body fat? It's like, well, watch the Olympic finals. Do any of them look like they're 25% bodyfat? Probably not.
