If you're an athlete, not a basketball player, I would say do the speed code because we do a great job of taking care of all of this. And then strength training is not going to affect top end speed. It is going to affect acceleration, deceleration. So typically like those first three steps can be improved when we improve our lower body strength and especially our strength to bodyweight ratio.
