Getting Traction in the Brazilian Market?

When i started a campaign, we didn't have some one leading the engineering tem. We had a couple of engineering managers, but they were spread thin. It's those areas where you're like, there's something to do there, but how doll we do it? An going to do it, and what should that actually look like? That i love. O just going to step into a dele tize into that problem solving that you mention.
