The Hard Style Snatch, Is It a Test?
The idea with hard style is explosiveness. So why not then apply a strength endurance type of technique for a, for a exercise or for a given movement that clearly gravitates towards this type of execution? Does it make sense? My question. Um, so a couple things. It's a test. It's not how we train on an ongoing basis. And you could have the same conversation with a martial artist if you're talking about throwing a puncher a kick at 100%. They're thrown a punchera kick at 70, 80%. It's not 100%. Wow.
