Training Is an Accumulation Effect
Training has an accumulation effect. People want their students to look better before and at the end of practice. That's not really a sign of anything. You should think about how do your students look three weeks from now? How do they learn three months from now? This takes time. And so we can't think daily. We think weekly and monthly here. So this is the idea that you've been solving a set of problems that are related to each other for weeks and months at a time. Your body has now has coordinated a movement solution, an action potential. It's gained an attractor, sometimes for the worst, but you know, sometimes you're the better. Now they can
