The 100 Mile Loop in the San Juan's
LZ Granderson and Dominic Grossman are preparing for the 2023 San Juan 100-mile ultra race. LZ has finished three times, including last year when he got in on a race morning because of his COVID condition. The course is 2,500 feet up at Cunningham Gulch - it's like "a little Yosemite Valley without the granite," LZ says. It starts two blocks from where they're sitting now; you can follow along with their journey via Instagram or freetrail.
