Blind Tasting Wine
Sansa: Blind tasting is a good way to remove the biases that we all bring when the label is revealed. Jim: Italian wine was never my strongest suit, but there's a lot of muddled in-between-edness in my head for Brunello and Borolo. Bordo has always been Merlot or Cabernet before; now it's Aalzas as well. Sansa: I'd like to mix up right bank, Bordeaux with Keonti and Tempranillo -- especially if it wasn't American oak.
