We're going to tackle this in three different ways. The first is understanding the cycle of day dreaming, setting a goal, moving towards the goal, getting frustrated with yourself about moving towards thegoal and resenting yourself for not doing it enough. The second is something that's grossly, grossly misunderstood or missed. We know we need to focus on our hobbies but don't really know how to do those things. And the third thing is trying to stop worrying too much about how uninteresting i come across.
