The act of making an integrated set of choices to position your organization too, to win it's while planning is the act of laying out projects and time lines. Why is it so important to take time to identify and frame the problem? Well, partially it's about the group, right? So if you're going to have something good happen outof the strategy, it generally is not one person taking action on it.
