There's a lot of discussion around animal saturated fat driving up certain lipid biomarkers like LDL C or APOB and things like that. Are there any particular sources that you think are ideal that we should include or I guess more importantly not exclude from our diet? Yeah, well, in fact it's appropriate that you mentioned fats because my view on animal protein is that I believe it should come with fat. Fat will come with these best sources of protein fat comes with those eggs. It comes with that that way, you know, in that dairy. That's how we should eat it. We will absorb it better. And the muscle protein synthesis response to fat is significantly greater than that protein alone
