You've Got the One Page, You Know?

If you just focus on the bit, which kick starts the habit, you're going to end up following through. Most people will read more because, you know, you've read a page. If there's already a lot of friction to doing that already, then break it down and just get it to the first task. And I think the habits that we normally have are quite likely we talked about yesterday with the implementation and attention thing is that a lot of the time our habits are very vague.
