There is an experience component to this, to wear. I think after you've had ten thousand reps, you look attin, ik, we're kind of where we need to be. And i'm here having fun doing this. It's not going to add a bunch of ext i'm not going tobe able to come back from this to morrow. But i think of too many athletes, how they end up getting hold of us. In the lifting world, everyone's ok going full scent lake single at r p 11 because ours is louder,. But i think a lot of people don't appreciate that back offset side of it in accumulating that volume.
