Do Older Adults Need More Rest?

Older adults need longer periods of rest to heal and rejuvenate or is it can be guided in a similar way yeah I mean I think in general that the same role that we use in everyone which is you give yourself a day of rest between weightlifting bouts. Three days a week is what we usually do if in my experience older adults don't get that much doms for whatever reason but if they do get it it would wear off in a couple of weeks even in the nursing home.
