The thought ladder is a tool that we use to accomplish what is essentially the main practice of thought work, which is going from thinking one thought to thinking something i think ther are really two main things of thought work. One is having feelings and processing emotion; the other is changing your thoughts. And you have all heard me talk about how and why a kind of so called positive thinking doesn't work. But i need to revisit that quickly here, because it will help you understand how to use the thought latter correctly.
