How to Improve Ankle Dorseflection
The best way to improve ankle dorseflextion is to let gravity do it for us. When we get into that position, nill gan half kneeling or aneat a wall test, what you'll see is that the foot doesn't move at all. And people tens up a lot at the front of the ankle. They try and pull theirselves themselves forward. That's like a supernation movement. You're actually trying to train dorseflection and supenation together.
