Arnold: I've always had a hard time wrapping my head around why i throw those in the garbage bin. But i want to broaden that lens back out to composite scores. We're taking a lot of different physiological information, heart right variability, heart rate, the time spent sleeping, body temperature and giving one number for recovery or readiness. Armios: When either of these device manufactures is producing a readiness or recovery score, theyare not discriminating amongst ar u climber, are you a runner? Are you a trathlete? And some athlete switchd between all those different sports at different times.
