Kyle: When you're creating persona, it is basically sampling a segment of users that you think represent your entire or that specific segment of the user group. You don't really know if you are over representing personas that might be only a smaller, you know, the minority of your user group. "You have to do it through usability testing and other scientific scientific method to actually validate your solutions," he says.
