I look for somebody with deep deals, histories of doing deals in my vertical who understands kind of exactly how my business operates. I wouldn't want a broker who's really good at selling SaaS deals because I think that's really difficult. And by these kinds of companies, it's not just the vertical, it's also the size. Companies are used to selling 500 million revenue companies. They're not going to be very helpful with your $7 million company,. In revenue 8, 12. So you need to be really careful, about how you ensure their knowledge matches with your needs.
