I love that you mentioned ball of the foot too with the ladder drill because I think that the ladder gets looked at from a movement specificity standpoint, then we just get rid of it. It's like an advanced version of jump roping. What's going to help with that? Doing those hurdles, skipping rope and doing the tone is if you do it every day, every time they come in, they do it. They master it. You see what I mean? And boy, does that transfer? Really? I see it transferred every athlete every sport.
