You would have all the benefits of low insulin, which is significant because if you're just consuming pure fat, you will not be spiking insulin. Autophagy and fat burning would still be turned on. The only difference would be that for that moment, you are now burning the fat that you just put in. And so you're burning your own fat to make your ketones would have been paused a little bit or not paused. You know, if there's like this metabolic cue of nutrients waiting to board the metabolic bus, you know, fat burning is boarding. It's boarding. All the other fat passengers have to wait in order to get on.
